Return Policy

Due to the nature of the items being sold we have a strict return policy regarding specific items, and in some cases we will only grant an exchange or All Sales Are Final status.

Rest assured that Metropolis Publishing will ship and package all products in a professional manner to limit the possibility of damage to the product. Although, due to extenuating circumstances and situations beyond our control, accidents can happen. We will attempt to mitigate any unexpected situations if possible.

All books are inspected before they are shipped so any books with external defects have already been removed (i.e. defects to the dust cover and binding). An internal defect such as an unseen folded page or printing error will not be grounds for a qualifying exchange.

For both the (Autographed) and (Personalized) versions of Crypt 33: The Saga of Marilyn Monroe: The Final Word, all sales are final with the exception of books damaged in delivery. The burden of proof lies with the customer to show that the book was damaged while in transit. If it is determined that the book was damaged in delivery, we will exchange the book with another signed copy (we will not send out a replacement copy until we receive the damaged book). The cost of shipping the damaged book back to Metropolis publishing will be incurred upon the customer. Otherwise all sales are final and refunds will not be given.

For other non-book items that are signed such as posters, t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc... These items should and will be treated in the same manner as an Autographed or Personalized copy of Crypt 33: The Saga of Marilyn Monroe: The Final Word.

For all other merchandise (i.e. non-signed items) for sale @https://www.crypt33.com/shop/ we will honor return/refund and exchanges. This includes items like tee-shirts, coffee mugs, etc. For all return/refund and exchanges the customer must pay for the item to be shipped back to Metropolis Publishing. (The return/refund or exchange will not complete until the returned or exchanged items are shipped back to us)
